this is the album cover of my first ever ep - 'acorn'. i will tell you some inside information about the songs! the three songs represents - growth, encouragement and determination.
acorn (growth)
the first song of the ep and the ep name. 'acorn' represents growth and the will to always be better. this is basically how i feel about my music journey and other elements in my life - i always strive to be a better person, helper, friend, singer songwriter and creator.
this is really not easy, there are sometimes moments when i feel really far away from my ideal self. there are sometimes doubt. but I'm aware of these thoughts and 'acorn' focuses solely on a good, constructive and empowering mindset i want to adopt. i use to think that we are never finished projects. we will always keep exploring, learning and growing. "what we strive to be. everything can start as a seed, what we believe, will strive into a mighty tree."

'here for you' is an upbeat heartfelt song that i enjoy listening to and playing. it's dedicated to a close family member, who got into a destructive relationship. the song is a reminder that things will pass and everything will be ok. one day you will be standing there, thinking back about the hard times and feel really good about yourself. you will always rise again.

A song in the evening (determination)
even though the song is in minor key, the message of the lyrics is about determination. it's about the strong will to move on from something bad, to start a new chapter and to be good to yourself.
'a song in the evening' is a symbol for break ups, a mix of my own experiences from the past, 'the evening' stands for the end of a relationship, like a sunset. (i've got a song on my youtube channel that is called 'a song in the morning', it's about the beginning of a relationship.)
'a song in the evening' is definite. sometimes you have to tear down the past to make room for something better and healthier.
A SONG IN THE EVENING LYRICS The evening where it all started where we were parted. It slows down. Isn't it thrilling? Or are we willing to read each others message in the snow? A turning point from where we need to go.
